Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. This role involves managing the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates while reflecting TotalCare's image, values and culture. This is a PM-shift role, working 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM to support recruitment across both the US and Lebanon teams.
Responsibilities
- Utilizing various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals to identify and attract potential candidates
- Building and sustaining a talent pipeline by continuously sourcing and engaging with potential candidates to meet current and future hiring needs, ensuring a steady flow of qualified applicants
- Monitoring the effectiveness of job postings and making adjustments to improve visibility and candidate quality, optimizing recruitment outcomes
- Reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates who meet the qualifications and requirements for open positions, ensuring a strong fit for the organization
- Conducting initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit for Lebanese candidates, ensuring they align with the organization's needs and values
- Organizing and scheduling interviews with candidates for positions in both the US and Lebanon, ensuring seamless communication and logistical arrangements
- Interviewing candidates for the US and Lebanon, ensuring the selection of highly qualified individuals who align with TotalCare's standards, values and culture
- Arranging and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and interview panels, ensuring that all participants are well-informed and prepared for the interviews
- Maintaining regular communication with candidates, offering timely updates and constructive feedback including a positive rejection letter to keep them informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process
- Communicating regularly with candidates, providing updates and feedback in a timely manner
- Conducting debrief meetings with the Talent Acquisition Manager to discuss interview outcomes and collaboratively make well-informed hiring decisions
- Representing the organization at career fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities
- Keeping precise and current recruitment records, ensuring all candidate information and recruitment activities are accurately documented and easily accessible
- Preparing regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes, providing insights and data to inform strategic decisions and improve recruitment processes
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- 1 to 2 years of experience
- Proficiency in using social media and professional networks for recruitment
- Effective time management and the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent English proficiency
