The Clinical Patient Access Center Specialist is responsible for coordinating patient care transitions, managing referrals to specialists, and providing support to patients following their discharge from the Emergency Room. This position ensures that patients receive timely and accurate information regarding their referrals and follow-up care, thereby enhancing overall patient satisfaction and continuity of care.

The Patient Access Center Specialist provides support to patients and staff members by answering patients calls and requests for the corresponding facilities 24/7. Essentially, the PAC specialist is the front line of the organization—handling patient communication, scheduling, and access to care.

The Patient Access Center Team Lead leads the Patient Access Center team by making sure all patient needs through phone calls are met while ensuring a compassionate and patient-centered approach as well as making sure that the company's values and culture of going the second mile are respected at all times.
